The Federation of Hotel Industry in Romania (FIHR) is a national employers’ professional organization representing and promoting the interests of the hotel and restaurant industry in Romania, a non-profit and non-governmental organization. FIHR is affiliated to the two international organizations – IH&RA at international level and HOTREC at European level.

The Slovak Association of Hotels and Restaurants (ZHR SR) is the most forceful association of hospitality experts, the voice of hotel and restaurant industry in Slovakia. We initiate and enter proceedings in developing Acts and Regulations. We force the aims of our members to become reality by developing relations with national and regional Civil services. As a full member of EuropeanTRADE association of hotels, restaurants and cafes HOTREC we have the opportunity to influence the situation and legislation in Europe content and to benefit from other member's experiences. ZHR SR is one of the founding members of Zväz cestovného ruchu SR (The Slovak Tourism Association).

Renata Králová is the Director of the Tourism Department at the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. She graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. She has been working at the Ministry of Regional Development since 2004. Ms. Králová has had a long career in legal issues related to travel, among others by publishing articles and occasional lecturing. She co-authored a monograph on Travel Law in 2015. She also participated in working bodies of the EU Council. Renata Králová considers international cooperation in the tourism industry to be crucial.Her responsibilities at the Ministry of Regional Development include inter alia the transposition of the EU Directive on package travel and linked travel arrangements, the National Tourism Support Program, National Tourism Policy of the Czech Republic (for the years 2014 – 2020), National Service Quality System, cooperation with the The Czech Tourism Authority (CzechTourism) and many others.
